For me, Digital Humanities opens new horizons in the humanities by combining traditional scholarship with modern technology, making research more efficient, innovative, accessible, and collaborative. The humanities encompass a wide array of fields — history, art, literature, and more — each offering endless possibilities for study, from analyzing historical texts to interpreting poems or investigating events across time and cultures, and presenting new perspectives.
By integrating technology, DH allows us to automate tasks like data collection and analysis, and even to design new kinds of research output and interactive, immersive experiences. With these possibilities, DH is an exciting field that enriches both technical and humanistic skills, empowering researchers to explore deeper insights.
