My name is Monia, and I graduated from the University of Paris in English Studies last June. It’s probably not surprising to say that I’ve always been interested in literature and books since I enrolled in this program. I realise that this master is the only one that could help me to become a true expert in rare books. Thanks to this master, I understood that in reality, there are many professions that one can occupy when one is passionate about books.
At first glance, everything appears to be quite complicated, but in the end, we learn how to do everything in class, and the professors are always willing to assist. I’ve only been in class for a few weeks, but I already feel like I’ve learned a lot. The master’s format is ideal for me. We have both a professional approach and a research part.
I believe it is a gentle transition from the academic sphere to the world of business. It helps us to be mentally prepared to leave it without feeling as if we are being pushed into the professional world without any tools. I am confident that we will learn everything we need to know in this master.
